Orange County Fire Rescue’s inaugural fire academy class merged with our newest group of hires this morning in a new tradition of Passing the Flag, officially forming Class 111. Fire Chief Anthony Rios was honored to address the class ahead of the formal proceedings. Over the next 10 weeks, these 39 individuals will train side by side on their journey toward graduation in March, where they will take their Oaths of Office and become Orange County’s newest firefighters. | Orange County Fire Rescue

Butler County Technical Rescue team to the rescue!!! The pup, “Blue” had been missing since Thursday and was found this morning 40 feet down in a well in St. Clair Twp. Liberty firefighter Cody Helmuth went down into the hole, got Blue on a harness harness and brought him up safely. Blue was reuinited with his family.
