I look back and I see so many PCOS symptoms that aren’t just irregular periods and excess facial hair. I see “PCOS belly”, where I had excess weight in my abdomen. I didn’t only feel pregnant, I remember thinking I often looked pregnant. But I wasn’t and I was crushed. So often was hope taken away. The rapid weight gain would come out of nowhere and make me think I was pregnant again from the symptoms, and I wasn’t. I had “PCOS moon face”, swelling in my cheeks and rounded appearance in my face.
